BETTE MIDLER CALLS FLOTUS AN ‘ILLEGAL ALIEN’ WHO ‘CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH’

Hollywood liberal Bette Midler became the center of a feeding frenzy on Twitter after she referred to First Lady Melania Trump as an “illegal immigrant” and mocked her accent in response to Mrs. Trump’s address on night two of the Republican National Convention.

As the First Lady began her speech, Midler posted on Twitter, “#beBest is back! A UGE bore! She can speak several words in a few languages. Get that illegal alien off the stage!”

Within moments, Midler’s tweets unraveled. “Oh, God. She still can’t speak English.”

Midler’s posts quickly spread across the platform as Melania fans piled on the aged actress. Several pointed out to Midler that the president’s wife fluently speaks five different languages.

Right wing media commentator Allie Beth Stuckey tweeted, “Called it. The same people who call Trump a racist.”

Conservative radio show host Dana Loesch reminded Midler that she could only speak one language to the First Lady’s five. “Xenophobe who speaks one language mocks immigrant who can speak five.”

Journalist Ryan Saavedra listed the five languages that the former model turned First Lady speaks fluently, which consists of: her native Slovenian, English, French, Serbian, and German.

Legendary actor turned celebrated Twitter troll James Woods highlighted the duplicity of the Democrats. “The party of diversity mocks an American for her accent…”

Conservative personality Benny Johnson also spotted the 74-year-old actress’ hypocrisy. “Amazing that open racism exists in the Democratic Party but NO ONE in their party calls it out.”

Red State editor Brandon Morse compared Mrs. Trump’s point of “hope and positivity” to Midler’s remarks. “An immigrant woman, who doesn’t have English as her first language, just got up on a stage and was so gracious that she refused to attack classless people like you and instead focused on hope and positivity. I’ll take her accent over your ghoulishness any day.”

Robby Starbuck, a music video director, cut right to the chase in a sarcastic tweet. “Oh God. Bette’s still a horrible bigot.”

Business mogul and daughter of Asian-American immigrants, Lisa Song Sutton joined in. “My Mother and many immigrants to this country have an accent due to English being their second, third, fourth language… @BetteMidler = xenophobe.”

Conservative host Jason Rantz implored the progressives of Hollywood to speak up about Midler’s post. “When did @BetteMidler become such a virulent racist and why is woke Hollywood cool with this? Because she’s washed up and stuck on crappy Netflix shows? How’s this an acceptable criticism of Melania? So disgusting. @FLOTUS gave a great speech.”

African native and conservative writer Obianuju Ekeocha said she looked up to Midler; however, the actress’s “ruthless xenophobia” caused her to say, “I’m disgusted & ashamed.”

Actor Nick Searcy bluntly stated, “Hollywood leftists are hateful bigots.”

Anti-gun British talk show host Piers Morgan piled on to Midler’s attempt at humor. “Oh, God. Bette Midler’s a racist,” he wrote. 

Sean Spicer, former White House Press Secretary, proved he still has Trump’s back as well. 

Many more conservative personalities stood up for the First Lady on Wednesday as well, one adding, “Hollywood elitist snobs are genuinely intolerable.”

“She fled communism and speaks 5 languages. Show some respect, bigot,” said another.

“Melania Trump has done more for our kids in her little finger than you have, in your whole xenophobic body,” another user wrote.

Even moderate Tim Pool could not hold his tongue and wrote, “these people are despicable.”
