Laura Loomer of Florida claimed victory in the U.S. House District 21 GOP primary with the support of Milo Yiannopoulos, Gavin McInnes, Roger Stone, Matt Gaetz, and President Donald Trump. She will face incumbent, ex-West Palm mayor Lois Frankel in November.
Loomer’s victory will set the stage for a no-holds-barred, nationally watched congressional election come November, when Trump and presumed Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will also be battling for the most powerful seat in the country.

Palm Beach Post reported that Frankel defeated newcomer Guido Weiss “by a landslide” to win the Democratic nomination, adding that Frankel had reeled in 86.02% of the votes to Weiss’ mere 13.98%.
“Every election night is exciting, no matter how many times you are in it,” Frankel said from her home in West Palm Beach on Tuesday.
While Frankel was busy celebrating her virtually uncontested victory over Weiss, Loomer was surrounded by an all-star cast of conservative and patriotic leaders toasting to her big win in the GOP primary. Among those in attendance were political strategist Roger Stone, British writer Milo Yiannopoulos, and founder of the Proud Boys, Gavin McInnes.
Even Trump chimed in on Twitter to congratulate Loomer on her victory, tweeting: “Great going Laura,” he wrote. “You have a great chance against a Pelosi puppet!”

The praise did not stop pouring in for Loomer. “Lois Frankel doesn’t know it yet, but she is going to get Laura Loomered,” said Stone, adding that Loomer was the “Joan of Arc of the conservative movement.”

Loomer promised to win the race in November, despite competing in an area that has 40% more Democrats than Republicans. “I’m going to need all of you to win in November,” she said to the crowd at the party.
Loomer also used the opportunity to put Big Tech on blast for banning her on social media. She addressed the fact that Trump had pardoned suffragette Susan B. Anthony on the 100th anniversary of women winning the right to vote.
“Which proves what I have always believed, that well behaved women never make history,” she said.
Though Frankel ran unopposed in 2018, Loomer has managed to financially outraise her opponent by around $300,000.
“I can tell you her values do not reflect the values of this district,” Frankel said of Loomer. “I have lived here over 40 years, and the people here stand up against white supremacy. She’ll have to disguise herself if she’s going to get votes.”
Loomer ended up winning 42.53% of the votes despite having to fight her way through five other candidates. The Republican candidate hosted a blow-out election night watch party for several hundred people at the Hilton Hotel by the West Palm Beach Airport.
Yiannopoulos shared with the crowd that Loomer is an “extraordinary woman” who has gone from “hell-raising activist” to political figure, adding that “she has forged herself into a true political phenomenon.”
McInness, founder of the Proud Boys, spoke of how Loomer has persevered despite the bans from social media and financial networks, and that “she takes it on the chin but keeps getting up,” adding “that’s what inspires us.”
Loomer began her Election Day early, revving up supporters from her account at Parler, saying: “Democrats want to make Sharia Law mainstream here in America” and that they are pushing for “hate crimes against Jews and Christians to become the new normal.”
Loomer has reportedly been banned from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Uber, Lyft, Paypal, and Venmo for allegedly spouting hate and not complying with the site’s rules.
Some have pinned Loomer for being critical and hateful toward Muslims, resulting in her being banned from Uber for asking if she could avoid Muslim drivers after one of them attacked her and kicked her out of the car for discussing Jewish holidays in a private conversation.
At the time of this writing, Loomer was trending on Twitter at number 20 in the country.
