I watched the towers fall 18 years ago today from my apartment in New York's Lower East Side. We all swore we would never forget but today we live in an America where a Muslim politician can casually describe 9-11 as, "Some people did something." It appears we forgot. Not only do we ignore the dangers of radical Islam but we also encourage self-hatred so much, our own children are becoming radicalized. We've gone from "Never forget" to "Never remember."
