MSLK - EP10: MEATBALL PARM SUBS

The food gets better and better, and NOT HARDER! No excuse not to make this quick and delish dish.

- Make 2lbs of 70% beef to 30% fat
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs soaked in milk
- 1 cup grated Parm cheese
- Salt (to taste)
- Grated Nutmeg


Oven 375° check every 15 min should take approximately 30 min for medium size meatballs . ( slightly bigger than golf ball)
