MSLK - EP15: SWEET HEAT CHICKEN

We also get to conclude the taste test portion of last week's pickle debacle, with a turkey sandwich loaded with pickled spicy goodies.

Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
- Dab of dijon mustard
- Squeeze of lemon juice

Chicken Thighs
- clean, trim, and place in baking pan

Cauliflower
- salt, pepper, olive oil, capers
