Chaotic scenes erupted around Melbourne's most famous war memorial after police deployed tear gas into a crowd of hundreds.
The scenes come after protesters converged on the Shrine of Remembrance with many heard chanting "lest we forget", as protests continued in the city for a third day in a row.
- Melbourne is participating in the 100 Resilient Cities challenge. The initiative, fully funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, is dedicated to helping cities around the world become more resilient to the physical, social and economic challenges of the 21st century. Sounds demonic aye.
